Is this the best serum for acne scars and dark spots?
It is a reasonable choice for the flat brown marks left behind by breakouts, which is what most people mean by acne scars. For true scars — the dented or raised kind — no serum is the answer, because those are changes in the skin’s structure and need a clinic rather than a bottle.
Is this a dark spot serum for sensitive skin?
Honestly, no. It has no acids, which people often take as the test, but tea tree oil and witch hazel are both common triggers for reactive skin. If sensitivity is your main issue, a plain alpha arbutin or niacinamide serum without essential oils will suit you far better than this one.
How many drops, and where?
Two or three drops a night, placed on the areas that are actually marked. A 10ml bottle used that way lasts two to three months. Used across a whole face by the pipette it lasts a few weeks and delivers less to each mark, which is the wrong trade.
Can I use it in the morning as well?
You can, once your skin has settled into it. Nothing in the formula makes skin sun-sensitive. But tea tree oil under sunscreen and makeup is more likely to feel warm, so most people find nights alone are enough. If you want a morning brightening step, our vitamin C ampoule is built for it.
What if my marks came from the sun rather than from spots?
The pigment ingredients still apply, so it will help. It just is not the formula designed for you, because a third of what is in the bottle is aimed at breakouts. For sun-driven pigmentation, everything in serums and ampoules includes better-suited options, used alongside daily sunscreen.
Can I use it with the Yusma Beauty Cream at night?
Yes, and that is the intended pairing. Serum first while the skin is damp, then the cream this was made to sit under over the top to hold it in. Do not layer it under a second brightening serum, because you gain nothing and you double the chance of irritation from the tea tree.
How long before a post-spot mark looks lighter?
Give it eight to twelve weeks and judge it in the same light each time. Recent marks respond first. Anything more than a year old will move slowly if at all, because the pigment has usually settled deeper than a serum can reach. Sunscreen decides most of the difference.
Will it help with active pimples?
It may calm one, and it is not a treatment for acne. Tea tree oil has genuine antimicrobial activity but nothing in this bottle unblocks a pore — there is no salicylic acid, no benzoyl peroxide and no retinoid. If you are breaking out regularly, treat the acne first and the marks second.

I’m really impressed with this serum! My skin feels much softer, smoother, and more hydrated since I started using it. It absorbs nicely without leaving any sticky feeling, and I’ve noticed my skin tone looking more even and healthy. It also helped calm some redness and small blemishes. Great quality for the price!
